From the Garden

House Salad - Tomato wedges, cucumber, and onions on a bed of fresh lettuce.
Bistro Salad - Sliced grilled chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomato pesto on top of crisp lettuce, with artichoke hearts, tomato wedges, red onion rings, cucumber slices and topped with sundried tomato pesto.
Greek Salad - Lettuce mixture topped with feta cheese crumbles, tomatoes, black olives, cucumber and red onion slices with our signature Greek dressing.
Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan, tomato, and baked croutons. Served with our signature Caesar dressing.
Spinach Salad - Gorgonzola cheese, sliced red onion, toasted almonds and pine nuts served with a baby spinach.
Iceburg Wedge Salad - Tomato, onions, gorgonzola cheese, bacon.

Entrees
All entrees are served with a house salad along with the starch and vegetable of the day.

FROM THE GRILLE

Bistro Filet - Two 4 oz. filet medallions topped with succulent crab meat and sherry cream sauce.

8 oz. Filet - Wrapped in apple wood smoke bacon.
Filet Pappato - 8 oz. filet rolled in crushed peppercorns and smothered in Gorgonzola cognac cream sauce.
12 oz. Ribeye - Kentucky's finest angus beef grilled to perfection.
Pork Porterhouse - 12. oz rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, grilled to perfection. Ask your server about our seasonal sauce.
 

SEAFOOD

Stuffed Salmon - Stuffed with a crab meat and lemon butter sauce.

Grilled Salmon - Fresh and grilled to perfection.
Parmesan Crusted Tuna- Parmesan crusted with angel hair pasta, sundried tomato pesto, artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
Mediterranean Tilapia - Baked with garlic, capers, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, fresh basil in a white butter sauce.
Bistro Shrimp - Sauteed in fresh mushrooms, artichokes and a sherry cream sauce.
 

VEAL

Bistro Veal - Veal medallions, artichoke hearts, mushrooms with a sherry cream sauce.

Veal Cordon Blue - Tender veal medallions stuffed with prosciutto and provolone cheese, breaded fried and finished with smoked gouda cheese.
Veal Piccata - Veal medallions sauteed with mushrooms, capers, white wine, butter lemon sauce over linguine pasta.
Veal and Shrimp - Veal medallions sauteed with shrimp, tomatoes and spinach in white wine dijon mustard sauce.
 

CHICKEN

Chicken Vesuvio - Chicken breast Egg Plant, provolone cheese, in rich tomato sauce.

Chicken Cordon Blue - Chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and provolone cheese, breaded fried and finished with smoked gouda cheese.
Chicken Parmesan - Breaded chicken breast with provolone cheese and marinara sauce over linguine pasta..
Chicken Dijonaise - Spinach, tomatoes and shrimp with white wine dijon mustard sauce.

Linguine Tottomare - Pasta tossed with clams, shrimp, mussels, calamari and mushrooms in a light white wine sauce with a touch of marinara.

Tortellini Alla Pana - Tortellini in a cream sauce tossed with fresh green peas, mushrooms and prosciutto ham.
Baked Zitti - Penne pasta with meat sauce, pepperoni, sausage covered with provolone/mozzarella cheese and baked.
Capellinni Mediterranean - Delicate angel hair pasta with portabello mushrooms, black olives, roasted red peppers and capers tossed in marinara sauce.
Shrimp Scampi - Jumbo shrimp tossed with linguine in a tomato, basil, garlic butter sauce.
Manicotti - Pasta tubes stuffed with 4 cheese mix and baked in meat sauce.
Shrimp Diavola - Linguine Shrimp in a spacy white wine marinara sauce. 
Penne Rustica - Penne tossed in prosciutto ham, chicken and shrimp topped with au gratin sauce and fresh parmesan and then baked.
Clam Pasta - Linguine tossed with clams and a garlic wine butter sauce.
